  • 1988 – History of Aviation Collection, University of Texas at Dallas, Dallas, TX. Featured the last known gathering of surviving American WWI flying aces George Vaughn, Douglas Campbell, and Arthur Raymond Brooks.

  • 1992 – San Diego Aerospace Museum, CA.
  • 1994 – Joint seminar with the Canadian Aviation Historical Society at the Canadian National Aviation Museum, Ottawa.
  • 1996 – Near the Smithsonian’s National Air & Space Museum, Washington, DC. Included tours of restoration and storage facilities
  • 1998 – Champlin Fighter Museum, Mesa, AZ. Access “beyond the ropes” to rare WWI aircraft
  • 2000 – National Naval Aviation Museum, Pensacola, FL
  • 2003 – The Air Force Museum, Fairborn, OH. Celebrated the centennial of flight with a WWI aircraft fly-in
  • 2005 – Seattle, WA
  • 2007 – “Double Ace” 10th Seminar, Washington, DC. Highlight included descendants of Walter Avery and Carl Menckhoff meeting for the first time.
  • 2009 – “Return to the Cradle” seminar, San Antonio, TX. Featured WWI training fields and Kingsbury Aerodrome.
  • 2011 – Monterey, CA. Included a field trip to Javier Arango’s Antique Aero in Paso Robles
  • 2013 – Fantasy of Flight Museum, Orlando, FL. Special program with Kermit Weeks flying his P-51C.
  • 2014 – National Museum of the U.S. Air Force. Commemoration of the WWI centennial, including the Dawn Patrol Fly-In
  • 2016 – National Museum of the U.S. Air Force. Featured Lafayette Escadrille descendants and the biennial Dawn Patrol.
  • 2018 – Wright-Patterson AFB. Dedication of a monument to American aviators and ground crew of WWI.
  • 2023 – National WWI Museum, Kansas City, MO. Held jointly with the Museum’s symposium
